Does anyone on the list have lupus?  I would like a pen pal.
I was diagnosed in November (on my birthday!) and have alot of pain
and fatigue when the disease flares up.  The flares seem tobe pretty
random although I have larned that too much activity and sunlight
will guraratee a flare.  I have changed my lifestyle drastically
to cope and still hold my job.  Do any of  you do visualization
to help with sleep and pain?  My initial experiments have been
helpful.  Boy, isn't shopping the pits?  Those big malls and huge
parking lots are out for me.  I've done more by mail catalogs than
I ever dreamed possible.  Does anyone know of a good jar opener?

I don't have much strength in my hands and haven't found anything
yet.  The rubber gripper doesn't help enough.  Bye for now-Ann Bell
