For years, whenever I cry, for whatever reason, my eyes swell up and I feel sick for days afterwards. I have to be very careful, because even a three minute weep will swell my eyes for days and it takes that long to recover. I'm not talking puffy, these are swollen to twice their normal size. A few years ago (it's been that long), I had a really REALLY good cry and my eyes swelled shut. Literally. I absolutely couldn't open them, and the little bit I was able to pry them apart, they looked like two golf ball halves glued to my face. What is causing that? It's a pain, because I'm easily moved to tears, and I can't afford to run around with eyes that look like this. Has anyone else heard of this? >-- End of excerpt from Cyndi Norman Debbie -- "Ever consider a career in SOUTHERN law enforcement?"
